Refund Policy

At Addprint, we manufacture and distribute seals, stamps, and branding products across India, GCC countries, and Africa. Since most products are custom-manufactured based on customer requirements, refunds are limited to specific cases only.

Refunds are applicable only if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product was manufactured or shipped.
• There is a verified manufacturing defect.

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Customized or approved products are non-refundable once production has started.
